Product Description

This facial tissue production line is equipped with dual automated transfer systems. It achieves full automation production with zero-manual -operation. It also has dual-product capability, enabling seamless production shift between normal facial tissue products and hanging type facial tissue products.It adopts simple machine design, the man works on regular facial tissue machine can work on it.

1. Dual independent automated transfer systems: 

This machine is equipped with front side output and right/left side output transfer system. Supports production of traditional soft pack tissues, box tissues, and hanging facail tissues under the same machine.
 

2. Patented spiral blade slitting structure
 with long service life and stable cutting performance, achieving complete cut without any trailing paper.
 

3. Conveyance flip system
Adopting a four-equal-section flipping structure, it achieves greater stability than traditional flipping mechanisms while ensuring upright squared appearance of finished facial tissues.
